1. Payment processor
Payments for Urbfix paid plans are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Refund requests for purchases processed by Paddle are handled under Paddle’s applicable Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
2. Subscription cancellations
You may cancel a subscription from Urbfix Billing where supported. Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal and does not necessarily create an automatic refund for the current paid period. Eligibility remains subject to Paddle’s policies, mandatory consumer law and any additional rights expressly granted by Codeploy Private Limited.
3. Usage
Usage already consumed may be considered when evaluating a discretionary refund where allowed. Consumed usage does not remove any statutory rights.
4. Billing errors
For a duplicate charge, incorrect plan charge, billing error or subscription access issue, contact billing@urbfix.com or use Paddle buyer support.
5. How to request a refund
Include your Urbfix account email and Paddle transaction or invoice reference. Never send card numbers or sensitive payment credentials by email.
